Leon Vitogiannis

Endangered Productions was thrilled to welcome Leon Vitogiannis as a cast member our 2023 production It's So Last Century. Leon's solo performance as the party host in 'Introductions and Goodbyes' was a tour de force. He was also the gaoler in Carl Orff's 'Die Kluge'.


 

Leon Vitogiannis

Leon is an established classical vocalist and conductor in Sydney. As a soloist Leon has appeared with Pacific Opera Company in their recent productions of Don Giovanni and The Barber of Seville, Symphony Central Coast, The Other Theatre co., Opera Carnivale, Sydney Conservatorium Choir, Zhejiang Conservatorium, The Greek Festival of Sydney and private recitals. He also was as a Young Artist with Pacific Opera Company in 2023.

Leon has recently graduated from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music having studied classical voice with Andrew Dalton and conducting with George Ellis and Dr John Lynch. He is currently undertaking postgraduate studies at the University of Sydney and is continues his vocal studies with Dr David Greco.

Among other musical interests, Leon also has a passion for Greek Music, performing popular music, singing, as well as playing the Bouzouki throughout Sydney. He has a keen interest in Classical Greek repertoire, particularly Greek art song.
